The graduation ceremony for the 2024 cohort of the Sino-Serbian Tourism College international students was held at Zhejiang Tourism Vocational College on June 19, where students from China and Serbia showcased a banquet featuring 41 dishes, including cold dishes, hot dishes, snacks, carvings and cold assortments, blending local Zhejiang flavors with traditional Serbian cuisine.
6月19日,在浙江旅游職業學院,中塞雙方學子以“味美浙江·百縣千碗”為主題,共同制作了一桌宴席,包括冷菜、熱菜、小吃、雕刻和冷拼的41道菜式,既有浙江本土的地方菜,又有塞爾維亞的傳統菜。
當日下午,2024級中塞旅游學院來華留學生結業典禮在浙旅院舉行。
Led by Milos Zrnic, a senior lecturer from the Belgrade Academy of Applied Studies, 24 Serbian students participated in this nearly month-long training program.
During the event, teachers and students learned professional skills courses including cold dishes, cooking techniques, pastries, sugar art and food carving. They also experienced a variety of traditional Chinese cultural activities such as celadon pottery making, intangible cultural heritage fan art, and Chinese tea ceremony, gaining a deep appreciation of China's historical culture and local customs.
據悉,今年5月23日,25名塞爾維亞師生赴浙江旅游職業學院參加首屆“中塞旅游學院中國傳統文化體驗和中餐培訓”研學活動。
活動期間,師生學習了冷菜、烹調工藝、面點、糖藝、食品雕刻等專業技能課程,體驗了青瓷制作、非遺扇藝、中華茶藝等豐富多彩的中國傳統文化活動,深入地感受了中國的歷史文化和風土人情。
